Our restaurant offers a gluten free menu especially designed for coeliacs. Coeliac disease is an inflammation of the intestine provoked by a permanent intolerance to gluten. This substance triggers an allergic reaction. At “Al Giardinetto da Severino” we devote special attention to customers who suffer from this disease and for this reason our restaurant is among the ones recommended by “Associazione italiana celiachia -AIC” (Italian Coeliac Disease Association). Experts from the association visit us periodically to monitor all supply and cooking procedures.
